By accessing MSTindex.com or submitting your information via our waitlist form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Description of service

MSTindex is a pre-launch platform for comparing and sourcing mobile security trailers. At this stage, the service consists of a waitlist sign-up to receive notification when the platform launches. No comparison, purchasing, or lead generation functionality is currently available.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated means to access or scrape the site without permission
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

Intellectual property

All content on MSTindex.com — including text, design, and code — is the property of MSTindex and may not be reproduced without written permission.

No warranties

MSTindex is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. The platform is in pre-launch and features may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSTindex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email where possible.
